R Artisanal is a store dedicated to selling high quality plants and accessories for plant lovers.

Our products are all sized and intended for adult use, although plant-loving teens and children may of course enjoy them as well. We recommend adult supervision when caring for some of the plants, as they should never be ingested by children or pets! For sizing, please make sure to check the size guide before purchasing any clothing or accessories.

3. What materials are your products made of?

Materials used varies by product line, but here are some of the materials involved:

  • Our clothing items are all made from organic cotton.
  • Our pots and garden gnomes are made from high-quality ceramics.
  • Our plants are all grown and shipped in organic soil, which is dirt that is full of minerals and microorganisms that help transform organic matter into a soil that feeds plants with its nutrients that they can become healthy, mature, and productive.

5. How do I care for my plants?

To ensure the longevity of your child's onesie, we recommend washing it in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Avoid using bleach or ironing the onesie to preserve the design and fabric quality.

6. What are the shipping options and delivery times?


We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-4 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or holidays.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?


We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping and personalized messages for a small additional fee. Simply select the gift wrapping option during checkout and provide your personalized message in the designated field.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

11. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do! To pick up your order locally, please visit us in Downtown Brooklyn.
